Description: The Web Designer/Developer/Administrator performs highly complex to advanced Web environment design and development work. Work involves systems analysis and design using technical knowledge of computer and information systems in web environments to assist in analyzing business requirements, developing web page designs and content, and assist as mentor and advisor to other team members. Work will include creating and maintaining internet and intranet pages using the Drupal software package, as well as providing customization using PHP. May develop and test complex programming code. Assists customers with developing consumable business requirements. Produces accurate time estimates for technical solutions; recommends technical solutions and resolves issues. Work is accomplished in a highly collaborative environment and independently with a focus on quality and customer service. Required Skills: * Experience in designing and developing web pages and applications using Drupal * Knowledge of PHP, HTML, ASP, Java, Perl or similar scripting language. * Experience in developing ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) compliant applications using Section 508 and/or Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG). * Experience using graphics manipulation software, such as Photoshop. * Experience and skill in analyzing business requirements, developing new and revising existing computer programs and systems; executing unit test procedures; and producing required program and project documentation * Extensive skill in effective verbal and written communications with other computer professionals and clients. * Extensive skill in analyzing problems and identifying effective solutions * Ability to work in a team environment and independently * Ability to establish and maintain effective and professional working relationships with others at all times in the course and scope of conducting business * Skill in planning and organizing work to meet goals and complete multiple assignments without compromising accuracy or deadlines * Skill in giving and following technical instructions * Knowledge of microcomputer hardware, software and terminology * Knowledge of system development life cycle methodology * Skill in exercising sound judgment and effective decision making Desired Skills: * Experience using PHP scripting language. * Experience with the Texas Child Support program   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
