Facilities: Add, edit, or delete facilities assigned to organizations. 5. Agency Coordinators: Add, edit, or delete agency coordinators to the database. 6. Approve and delete Agency Coordinators: 7. Inspection Areas: Add, edit, or delete Inspectable Areas that can be linked to Groups. 8. Questions: Add, edit, or delete questions and organize them within Inspectable Areas. 9. Edit SIS Year: Create, edit, or delete SIS Years as well as set the date range and availability as well. 10. Coordinator Intro: Generate the opening Coordinator Introduction Page. 11. Coordinator Closure: Generate the Coordinator Closure Page. 12. Surveyor Intro: Generate the opening Surveyor Introduction Page. 13. Surveyor Closure: Generate the Surveyor Closure Page. 14. Proxy a Coordinator: Allows State SIS Administrators to perform the functions as an Organizations Coordinator. 15. Run Reports/Downloads: Run and download various reports for the Risk Management Self Inspection Survey application. This would include the current years and previous years. Reports should populate as .PDF in new tabs, and downloads should be in .csv format. 16. Download Tables: Ability to download all applicable tables in CSV format: a. Organization Table b. Facility Table c. Coordinator Table c. Question/Group Table 17. Note: In setting up a next years surveys, the system must allow a way of deletion of orphan records. These would be records that a question is no longer asked, a facility that has been removed, un-linked Inspectable Areas, etc... An insured entity coordinator is responsible for: 1. Setting up surveyors. 2. Assigning specific sets of questions to the entities buildings. 3. Assigning surveyors to that building, so the surveyor can complete them. 4. Verifying the progress, and completion of the survey. 5. Verify mandatory inspectable areas are assigned. 6. Send notification to the surveyors. 7. Running their own agency reports for current or previous years these reports should generate in .PDF format in separate tabs. a. Agency Self Inspection Summary Report b. Agency Corrective Action Report c. Agency Recommendation Report 8. Edit their agencies Corrective Actions 9. Entity coordinators should be able to lock and unlock their agencies facility surveys. Coordinators cannot alter the questions or remove buildings. They only have access to the sets of questions, surveyors, and building assignments. The other half of the SIS is the side that the surveyors actually fill out. This section the surveyors login into by using their email address and PIN number. This is generated by the software. The software is designed so that the surveyor only has access to the buildings assigned to them. They cannot access any other buildings for the entity. In addition, the survey can only access those questions that are assigned to him as well. Surveyors can be assigned to multiple buildings inside their organization as well as across organizations. A building can have multiple surveyors but only one surveyor per set of questions. Surveyors should be able to see the facility they are working on, including the progress of that survey. Surveyor should have the option to print their questions to be answered in .PDF format, or answer online.
