This will reduce manual entry by capturing data from payments and documents and also generate an electronic deposit file(s) to the bank. The captured data must integrate into the Unemployment Insurance Modernization (UIM) application seamlessly. • Provide a robust, extendable remittance processing solution that can timely and accurately process Division remittance and corresponding/associated documentation at a minimum rate of 100,000 pages per day and can be easily extended to process additional forms and correspondence. • Provide a solution as outlined above that will minimize the requirement for staff facilitation/intervention, within the constraints of the requirements outlined herein. • Provide a solution to ensure each Division remittance and/or corresponding/associated documentation is validated based on the requirements. TECHNICAL INFORMATION: DES will purchase the following hardware: • 2 OPEX AS7200i scanners • 2 OPEX Model 72 mail extractors which will integrate with the scanners DES will be purchase the following software • KOFAX VRS software will be integrated on the scanner PCs • KOFAX Transformation Modules PROJECT APPROACH AND SCOPE OF WORK: The Contractors PAQ Response should include a Project Overview, Resources, Approach/Methodology, Change Control Plan, Risk Management Plan, Communication Plan, Issue Tracking Plan, Assumptions and Quality Assurance Plan. The Contractor must provide a detailed description and firm, fixed price for each deliverable. The description must specify the tasks to be completed for each deliverable and the time frames in which the tasks must be completed.
