Works under supervision on basic scripting / programming tasks. Works within established procedures to help improve and streamline application software. Recommends improvements to established processes. Successful candidates will typically have strong analytical and organizational skills, great communication skills, a true love of supporting quality software and a team spirit. Large-scale systems experience is highly desirable. Finance experience is not necessary, but is a plus. Requirements: 1+ years experience with Java or similar server-side language. 1+ years experience with Javascript in cross-browser environments (IE,Firefox,Chrome,Safari) Exposure to Javascript libraries / frameworks Knowledge of HTML / XML / CSS Exposure to common MVC frameworks used in web applications such as struts Requires experience with IOC patterns (e.g. Spring/DI framework) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Financial services/brokerage experience a plus Experience with relational database systems Experienced with distributed software systems and a basic understanding of computer networking Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information System, etc. ; or equivalent experience   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
