Minimum Requirements · Bachelors Degree or Masters in Computer Science or related field. · 5 Years Experience in analyst, application support, release management roles. · Excellent communication skills. · Experience in developing/ supporting web based applications, java, J2EE, SQL, PL/SQL, Apache web server, Weblogic, unix will be highly desirable. · Ability to present clear, concise reporting on concurrent projects and issues. · Proven analytical and problem solving skills. · Experience in working with java developers or java development background. · Monitor and analyze application behavior / performance, identify improvement opportunities and create functional and non-functional requirements · Coordinate & manage release planning for multiple applications. · Assist Developers in creating and tracking Change Management tickets. · Assist Implementation team in application deployments. · Assist Application Integration teams in environment setup as well as resolving environment issues. · Create SLAs, interface agreements, communication-path documents. · Create traceability, application performance, productivity etc matrices. · Participate in assembly and unit testing phase. · Liaise between development team and user community, management, support teams. Preferred Requirements: · Knowledge of IP Multimedia Systems · Deep and broad technical knowledge of cable and IP network technologies, cable company operations, and I.T. solutions · Knowledge of CableLabs industry projects such as CableHome, PacketCable, DOCSIS, and OpenCable. · Strong interpersonal skills; capable of writing recommendations and interacting with company personnel on complex topics. · Demonstrated experience of participating on teams of technical experts in a diverse, fast-paced, 7 x 24 environments.
