Utilizing the capabilities of the IDM technology framework to support the identity lifecycle across all IT environments; from the Web to the mainframe, centralize and automate users identity life cycle creation, modification and deletion and ensure that only authorized users have access to critical IT resources. Extensive experience implementing workflows and automating processes within the Identity Manager suite of products as well as integrating IDM CA Admin tool sets by developing necessary new connectors or changing existing connectors to ensure a smooth integration of the new architecture with existing infrastructure. Works without technical oversight or as the leader of a team as required. Clearly and effectively convey concepts, issues, reports, and other deliverables to counterparts. Required Extensive experience developing and implementing Identity Management Solutions using CA- Role & Compliance Manager Strong programming background to include: Java, J2EE, JSP, EJB, WSDL, WebSphere, Weblogic, JBOSS Experience with Web Service Technology and Security Excellent written and verbal communications skills; ability to support software engineering lifecycle (requirements analysis, design alternatives; detail program specifications etc.) Experience with complex programming, program debugging, data analysis, problem analysis and resolution issues within application systems Communication skills to present ideas and concepts effectively Experience developing workflows within Role & Compliance Manager Experience working with data within Role & Compliance Manager Advance Skill with Data manipulation and analysis using MS Excel Experience with integrating Identity Management Solutions in large, multi-platform environments Demonstrated proficiency in information security and identity management concepts and theory Ability to communicate technical concepts, solution design ideas, issues, and best practices to technical and business audiences Desired Skills Security certifications such as CISSP would be a plus Clear understanding of SOA Principles and Concepts, Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and principles CMM/CMMI Exposure to writing Technical White Papers and systems design documents Self starter, highly motivated individual, and a team player who adapts to a dynamic work environment Familiar with MS Project and Visio Education and Certifications: Bachelors Degree and 11 years experience OR Masters Degree and 9 years of experience   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
