Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced JAVA developer to join the development/project team for our intranet based Sales CRM systems. Successful candidate for this position must be capable of analyzing a complex system, assessing requested changes to the system and providing end to end development and testing of those changes. This person may also provide optimization recommendations to the existing system functionality as identified. This person is reliable, a team player, and able to remain focused on the tasks at hand.

Duties to include: provide java development across all tiers, primarily working on enhancements to the systems to meet critical business asks for 2020.

Description of Responsibilities

· Developer whose primary responsibility will be developing enhancements and changes to existing systems.

· Design and develop complex technical solutions that encompass custom developed web application.

· Design and ensure compliance with underlying principles and architectures of IT software systems.

· Use existing Wells Fargo system development tools and methods in an integrated development environment.

· Document system functionality for ongoing support, and assist in the development of technical documentation.

· Provide development support and problem identification/resolution of system problems.

· Perform other duties as required or assigned.

Position Qualifications

Required:

· Four-year college degree in computer science, computer engineering or related field and 8+ years programming experience, OR equivalent training and experience.

· 7+ years hands-on JAVA/JSP/J2EE development experience with an emphasis on Spring MVC.

· Required experience with the following additional tools/technologies: J2EE, Java, JavaScript, Spring MVC, Spring Boot, HTML, XML, Hibernate, DWR(Ajax)

· Preferred experience with relational databases, 2+ years experience writing SQL (Oracle preferred).

· Experience with formal business re-engineering and systems development methodologies.

· Demonstrate problem solving and analysis skills in a highly complex business and technical environment.

· Experience with functional designs of highly complex business systems.

· Knowledge of current and developing technologies and trends.

· Demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills, and strong teamwork orientation
