The virtual Windows 2012 server will be supplied by the college on a vSphere 5.5 infrastructure. The Courseleaf application is cloud based housed on the Leepfrog infrastructure. Any price quote shall include and represent a complete installation of a CAS server installation to authenticate to the Leepfrog hosted Courseleaf application. The vendor shall be responsible for all parts, labor, services, and other associated items needed to install, configure, test, knowledge transfer and turnover for acceptance to Client Leepfrog Courseleaf Overview CASification is required to enable a given application to use CAS for authentication. CAS client libraries exist for a variety of platforms, including Java web applications and JSP, Perl, Python, Ruby, PHP and several popular PHP frameworks, Apache module, PAM module, and PL/SQL. In some instances, it may be necessary to develop a new library or set of libraries to enable a given application to use CAS for authentication. Lewis-Clark State College has stated their immediate need is to enable authentication to a cloud-based solution called CourseLeaf. CourseLeaf does provide support for CAS as an option for authentication. CAS Installation and Configuration Vendor will provide an Identity and Access Management (IAM) consultant to implement CAS. The following tasks will be completed as part of this implementation: • Setup the CAS Maven Overlay • Install and configure Java, Tomcat, and CAS on one client-provided server/VM, with operating system software installed • Locally configure CAS with the following characteristics: o CAS Authentication Handler: LDAP o CAS Services Registry: JSON • Complete branding of the CAS Log-In Form using Lewis-Clark State Colleges logo and color scheme. • Perform Final Validation Test • Knowledge Transfer – The objective is to provide information to meet the needs of individuals responsible for CAS administration at the systems level. Information to be shared includes an overview of the installation performed, maintenance suggestions, and support considerations.
