Job Description Developer: Java, Oracle, Spring, Hibernate JSF Web Services Struts

[Note : Candidate Must be able to attend F2F interview]

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent work experience and technical training, is required. Also, required are seven (7) or more years in the following technologies: Java, Oracle, Spring, Hibernate, JSF, Web Services, Struts, and Java Portlets.

Other Qualifications:

· Strong communication skills, both written and oral

· Strong object-oriented design skills

· Strong multitasking skills

· Strong data analysis, design and testing skills

· Strong presentation skills

· Ability to solve complex problems independently and to seek out and generate innovative solutions

· Ability to work independently and as part of multiple teams on overlapping projects

· Ability to deliver results in a dynamic environment with aggressive deadlines and multiple priorities

· Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and processes

· Quick learner with a winning attitude and eager to leverage new technologies in a dynamic team environment

· Demonstrated ability to mentor junior members in a team

· Experience with formal software delivery and quality methodologies

· Experience using Test Driven Development, Unit Testing/Integration Testing, and Agile Software Development Concepts

· Java Certification is a plus

· Salesforce.com development experience is a plus

· TBS/Metasolv development experience is a plus

· Liferay development experience is a plus

· Alfresco development experience is a plus
