Primary Responsibilities Design/build user interfaces using Open source technologies such as Angular, HTML5 and Bootstrap Develop/enhance and support REST Based services using Java, Spring Framework and various Data Access Patterns Ability to develop and troubleshoot PL/SQL in Oracle Database Environment Create clear and concise technical and operational documentation Collaborate with stakeholders, both onshore & offshore, across the IT organization and business as needed Education and Experience 1-3 years of Hands on Programming experience in Java or similar Languages 1-2 years of experience in JavaScript based frameworks such as Angular 1-3 years of experience in Understanding Web and Mid-tier technologies Experience working in a matrixed environment with geographically dispersed project team members is preferred Bachelors Degree (Computer Science or related fields) preferred Experience within Financial Services is desirable but not required Skills and Knowledge Design experience building thin client interfaces Knowledge of pattern driven design and development Proven experience in many of the following: Ajax/Json, jQuery, JQX Widgets, Html 5, CSS3, and web environments, Tiles/Display tags, Angular2/4 Java/J2EE, domain services, REST/SOAP-based WebServices, Spring Frameworks (Presentation and middle-ware) and MyBatis Working knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL Knowledge of EZPaaS frameworks like ForeC (Angular, Bootstrap, Backbone, JQuery) and FRF (Spring 4.0) a big plus Strong written and oral communication skills, strong problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task Experience with a structured application development methodology.
