Java RDBMS CUCUMBER SaaS Agile Development TestNG Hibernate Spring 4.0 Engineer (   Requirement id 97784 Job title Engineer Job location in Raliegh, NC Skills required Java, RDBMS, Database Design, CUCUMBER SaaS Agile Development TestNG H Open Date 16-Sep-2019 Close Date Job type Contract Duration 9 Months Compensation DOE Status requirement --- Job interview type --- Apply    Email Recruiter: coolsoft Job Description Engineer: Java, RDBMS, Database Design, CUCUMBER SaaS Agile Development TestNG H Define, design, implement and test software applications using a variety of technologies, including, but not limited to: Java EE, Relational databases, Spring, Hibernate. - Validate throughput requirements by working with the PerformanceEngineering team. - Align teams designs with larger architecture objectives. - Assist team members in design discussions and decisions. - Perform code and design reviews with other team members. - Develop automated tests using frameworks such as Fitnesse. - Work with the support organization to respond and investigate customer issues. - Produce documentation for the work done so support and other members of the team understand the changes to the product. - Interact with the Quality Analysts to define test plans and test data; identify, reproduce, and document defects; fix and verify defects. - Interact daily with the Product Management team to clarify requirements or suggest changes during the implementation of the enhancements. - Interact with the User Experience (UX) team to identify, design and implement the user interface portions of the applications. Languages Must have English Native or bilingual proficiency Experience required Minimum of five (5) years of experience in Java programming, including client-server and RDBMS layers required. Minimum of five (5) years of experience with Java, Spring, Hibernate required. TestNG or other unit testing methodologies required Experience with automated integration testing frameworks (FitNesse, Cucumber, etc) Basic database design required. Experience building multi-tenant SaaS web applications preferred. Agile product development experience required. Ability to collaborate effectively with highly technical and non technical resources in a fast-paced environment required Ability to solve complex challenges/problems and rapidly delivering innovative solutions required Scrum/Kanban (Scrumban) experience desired.
