Validate environments for compliance by auditing non-production environments. Research and report violations. Essential Functions: • Develop and implement audit processes for our distributed non-production environments using our Data De-identification methodology. • Executes data de-identification audits for non-production environments. Research and report violations. • Support application development and testing by providing high availability, compliant data de-identified data in non-production environments. • Manage and administer our data de-identification policies and procedures for de-identified systems/environments. • Identify, develop, implement and support automation solutions/efficiencies as needed. • Work on special projects as assigned. • Diagnose and resolve issues. Required experience with the following tools/platforms: • Solid Java development experience. • Solid experience with several of the following Databases: Teradata, Oracle, SQL server, and DB2-LUW. Must be able to create and run SQL queries. • Experience with Windows and UNIX servers. • 2 -3 years experience with Compuware Data Management tools which includes: Distributed Components - Topaz Workbench, File-Aid/EX, File-Aid Services (FAS) and File-Aid Rule Engine (FARE), Compuware Mainframe Components – RDX and Data Solutions or other Data De-identification tool a plus. • Experience with JCL, DB2, COBOL, TSO, REXX, EASYTRIEVE, File Manager, batch processing, ISPF Dialog Manager and data load utilities a plus. Qualifications/Experience: • Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related discipline (or equivalent experience). • 3-5 years application development, preferably 1-2 years at ESI. Understanding of software development methodology. • 3-5 years multi-platform distributed environment experience including UNIX and Wintel servers and scripting. Mainframe experience a plus. • Detail-oriented with the ability to work and guide others during time constraints to meet deadlines. • Excellent verbal and written communications skills. Provide quality documentation. • Demonstrated ability to prioritize work volumes, handle multiple tasks and meet project deadlines. • Ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment, learn quickly and make independent decisions. • Advanced problem solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments to resolve complex issues with innovative solutions. • Strong focus on customer service focus, quality and accuracy. • Strong leadership skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Project, Visio, and other basic PC applications. • Familiarity with health care or PBM industry very helpful • Ability to work a flexible schedule to accommodate project deadlines.
