Description: The advanced business analyst will oversee and collaborate with the various business offices to ensure that all information required for automatic application provisioning through the SailPoint Identity IQ (IIQ) platform is accurate, complete, and delivered in a timely manner. This responsibility includes guiding business partners through the connected system onboarding process within IIQ, ensuring that each applications attributes, entitlements, ownership structures, and lifecycle events are correctly defined for successful integration. The process involves understanding and communicating the benefits of connecting business applications to IIQ. The position must be able to complete documentation for basic provision details, such as improved access governance, reduced manual workload, and strengthened compliance controls, as well as identifying any technical or operational impacts that integration may introduce. Requirements gathered by the Business Analyst must be documented, then validated with stakeholders, then prioritized for review by the IIQ teams Senior Developer and Technical Analyst. These technical reviewers will assess system connectivity needs, attribute mapping, workflow impacts, and provision logic to ensure alignment with IIQ standards and the Departments identity governance framework. 5 Education Bachelors degree or masters degree in business administration, Communications, Information Systems, or other related field is required. Equivalent work experience may substitute for the educational requirement. 6 Experience A minimum of 3 to 5 years of solid business/systems analysis experience and software development projects is required. 2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint is required. 3. Proficiency in core Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts such as entitlements, target aggregations, and certification campaigns are required. 4. Certified Scrum Master (SCM), Certified Project Manager (CPM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) is highly desired. 5. Experience in public sector compliance frameworks or large-scale ERP transformations, such as the Florida PALM project, is highly desired. 6. Knowledge of Rules 60GG-1 – 60GG-5, Florida Administrative Code, is highly desired. 7. Certified Business Analysis Professional (BAP) is highly desired. 8. Experience with directing and managing project resources is highly desired. 9. Knowledge of change and release management is highly desired. 10. Experience with Microsoft Power BI is highly desired 11. Experience with Microsoft DevOps is highly desired. 12.
