Description: POSITION SUMMARY: Acts independently under general direction. Top level technical expert in one or more highly specialized phases of software systems programming. Provides technical consulting on complex projects. Formulates and defines specifications for complex software development or modifies/maintains complex existing applications using engineering releases and utilities from the manufacturer. Responsible for program design, coding, testing, debugging, and documentation. Requires full technical knowledge of all phases of software. Responsible for instructing, directing, and checking the work of other software systems programming personnel. May have quality assurance review and/or new and existing software product evaluation responsibilities. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Designs, implements, tests and maintains EDI solutions built using Oracle FMW, applying iterative and agile development methodologies Prepares software documentation for future reference and maintenance needs Monitors system performance to ensure proper operation and identify possible problem areas Proactively identifies problems or potential problem areas and recommends solutions Effectively documents design requirements and specifications through excellent written and verbal communication Defines and creates highly functional EDI solutions and code in a fast paced, evolving environment Develops high quality, low defect products, leveraging Continuous Integration techniques and tools to automate testing where possible Can articulate the design and implementation details in a way that is clearly understandable across a wide range of personnel with differing backgrounds and levels Occasional night or weekend work for application or system maintenance and application implementations Adhere to all company policies and procedures. Minimum Qualifications: Education/Licensing/Certification: B.S. in Computer Science or similar or equivalent experience required Experience: Demonstrated experience in Oracle SOA Suite Development (Mediator, BPEL process, Business Rules and various adapters, specifically the B2B adapter) Extensive knowledge of the following formats: BPEL, XSLT, XML, XSD, WSDL, XQuery Experience in data mapping – both transformation and translation Experience with Confluence and Jira in an agile development lifecycle 5+ Years of EDI experience - EDI transaction formats, trading partner agreements, HIPAA transaction sets preferred (270/271, 274, 276/277, 278, 820, 834, 835, 837I, 837P,837D,997/999/TA1) Experience developing real-time operational dashboards for monitoring and alerting 5+ years experience in multiple Oracle Fusion Middleware technologies: Oracle SOA Suite 10g, 11g, 12c 2+ years of SQL and relational database background Experience with automated testing and deployment strategies using junit, soapUI and Jenkins software or similar CI (continuous integration) tools Solid testing and validation skills and understanding of simulated data SFTP knowledge desirable JAVA and Linux experience required Knowledge and Skills:   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
