Job Description Developer: Java, Methodologies And Designs, Framework, TDD Analytical Skills SQL

CLIENT IS LOOKING FOR A STRONG FRONT END JAVA DEVELOPER.

Minimum of 5 yrs of hands on experience with Java.
BA/BS degree in Computer Science or Engineering.

Expert knowledge of OOP, Patterns, software architecture.
Ability to develop in all tiers of the application (presentation, business and database).
Expertise in Core Java, JSP, Servlets, JDBC, Spring Framework, Hibernate.
Strong experience with JavaScript, AJAX , HTML, CSS and frameworks, such as Backbone.js, Angular.js, DOJO, JavaScript MVC and jQuery.
Experience with application development using Relational Databases (Oracle preferred), SQL, JDBC, and Hibernate.
Good knowledge in UNIX shell scripting (Bash/Bourne/Korn shells).

Significant experience with at least one source code control system (Subversion, Git, etc.)
Experience with debugging, profiling and performance tuning web applications.
Experience with testing framework like junit and experience with mocking techniques.
Experience with Agile software development methodologies: Scrum, XP, Kanban, TDD/BDD.

Excellent problem solving, issue identification, analytical and technical documentation skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are must.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
Resourceful - able to solve problems with minimal supervision.
Self-directed and willing to take initiative.
