Will provide subject matter expertise on actual or perceived events as well as reviewing emerging technologies and tools for Information Security and other lines of business. • Lead efforts to modify and or enhance the Information Security operation system to have functionality to execute on design specifications/consults and plans with business partners to assess cybercrimes and security risk around new projects. • Interact with a multi-disciplinary team with direct or matrixed management responsibilities to design and develop multi-channel threat mitigation strategies to include modeling, data analytics and visualization. • Assist Information Security in developing and implementing the 2 year strategy and overall program management structure for the Cyber Crime Intelligence Unit (CCIU) • Responsible for end-to-end program management; demonstrating ownership for the entire process and will be responsible for leading and managing activities associated with high-visibility efforts that may be company-wide (crossing multiple organizational entities) and have significant risk, scope and complexity. • Responsible for developing strategic cybercrimes and threat analysis reporting to inform product, service, and channels and will lead the development of detection strategies to mitigate exposure to complex cybercrime threats. • Provide subject matter expertise on actual or perceived events as well as emerging technologies and tools for EIS and other line of business leaders REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS • 8+ years of financial crime detection, prevention and mitigation • 5+ Strong programing experience in SQL, Java or educational equivalent • Experience providing principal level tactical cybercrime and threat analysis to inform product, service, channel and design strategies to mitigate exposure to those threats. • Proven success in utilizing multiple methodologies to monitor key indicators for emerging threat trends. • Proven success in participating in multi-disciplinary teams with direct or matrixed management responsibilities to design and develop multi-channel threat mitigation strategies to including modeling/analysis, data analytics and visualization • Ability to provide subject matter expertise on actual or perceived events as well as emerging technologies and tools for Information Security and other line of business leaders • Organizational skills and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; ability to deal with ambiguity and drive decisions often based on limited information DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS • Experience coding and managing multiple databases • Previous experience managing cybercrime detection, investigation, and intelligence strategies. • Experience monitoring industry, technology,and regulatory trends to determine business impacts • Experience working with law enforcement, multiple government agencies, and private sector agencies. • Vendor management & technology assessment JOB EXPECTATIONS • Financial crimes and/or cyber oriented industry certifications (CPA, CFE, CAMS, CISSP, etc.) and/or educational qualification equivalent.
