Specifically, the individual will interpret non-functional requirements and create test scenarios to stress the new applications to ensure they will scale to meet the business need. Primary Responsibilities Design and development of performance test plans/scripts. Develop adaptive strategies to best serve each customer/application testing needs. Develop automated test pipelines using Jenkins, JMeter/Blaze, and Bluejay. Performance testing with JMeter/Blaze or other modern Dev Ops testing tools. Convert LoadRunner and/or Selenium scripts to JMeter/Blaze. Execute performance tests (load, stress, resilience, endurance). Analyze, document, and report performance test results to project teams. Required Qualifications 7+ Years performance testing experience 7+ Years of hands on experience with any large scale load testing tool (LoadRunner or JMeter) Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience Demonstrated experience leading and managing multiple projects (5-10). Demonstrated experience in leading and participating in strategic planning and process improvement initiatives. Demonstrated experience in project management to gather performance test requirements. Flexibility to work off hours (some nights, and occasional weekends) for testing. Assets: Healthcare application performance testing experience Experience with C/C++, Java or other programming languages Experience with monitoring tools such as DynaTrace. Highly qualified candidates will have experience with scripting/testing tools like Loadrunner/Performance Center, Blazemeter/JMeter and skills in Java and C/C++. Exceptional candidates will also have experience with monitoring tools such as Site Scope, Dynatrace, New Relic and Splunk. It is a plus if the candidates had experience with Selenium or QTP Professional but this is the least important. Experience debugging complex technology stacks is highly desirable. Top Skills: 1 Heavy experience with JMeter and/or Loadrunner/performance center; JMeter is most important 2 Heavy experience with Dynatrace, Sitescope and Splunk 3 Highly proficient with Java and C++ A candidate with demonstrated experience in all of the above is what we are looking for; Would expect that they would have at least 5 years of experience using these skills.
