This position will have responsibility for the development and maintenance of mobile application on various platforms such as Blackberry, Windows Mobile, Android Platform, etc. The resource will be responsible for creating components utilizing standard Integrated Development Environments (IDEs), writing unit test cases and supporting the Testing and Quality Assurance phases of the software development lifecycle. The resource will additionally carry out Business Analysis, Design, Architecture, QA, Deployment, and Support of the application developed. Major Duties Ø Design and Develop Java based Process Layer, SOA based Services Layer, and Data Access Layer in Cable/Telecom BSS environment. Ø Design and Develop enterprise applications using agile methodology. Ø Develop detailed designs using Object-Oriented Methodology. Ø Develop Java Components for the mobile devices, as well as enterprise service and process layer Ø Develop .Net Components for the mobile devices, as well as enterprise service and process layer Ø Create database objects to support components. Ø Write Unit Test Cases Ø Utilize COTs and open source technologies Ø Support testing efforts Ø Support documentation efforts. Ø Understand and consume application requirements and use cases. Ø Perform other duties as assigned. Ø Mentor Junior Developers Minimum Qualifications Ø Education o Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field Ø Experience o 5-10+ yrs experience in Java and .NET. o 1+ yrs experience developing mobile applications. o 5+ yrs experience in developing SOA services, Process Layers, Middle Tier, and Data Access Layers. o 3+ yrs experience with any ORM. o 3+ yrs experience developing web applications o 3+ yrs experience with CSS, JavaScript and Ajax o 3+ yrs experience with TDD o 3+ yrs experience with Oracle or SQL Server development. o 3+ year experience with web services (SOAP or REST), service based development, XML/XSD o Salesforce experience is a plus o Blackberry development experience is a plus o Android development experience is a plus o Windows Mobile development experience is a plus   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
