Typical activities include design and implement Data Lineage, Data discovery, Master Data Management (MDM). In this role, person will be responsible for creating and driving the technical vision for the team that designs, develops, tests, and operates our platform services end to end. Working with functional analysts and other cross functional team to implement Data Lineage using Integris tool. Story Behind the Need – Business Group & Key Projects This CW will report to the manager engineer for the Customer Relationship Management Tech A team. They will ultimately roll up to Business Intelligence and Data Services organization. The team is composed of a mix of partners and non-partners of varied skill. Typical Day in the Role Act as a subject matter expert on Data discovery, data lineage, data classification providing hands-on support to implement Integris Data Classification Stand up non-Prod and Prod environment in Azure cloud including installation of Integris software. Work with cross-functional teams and product owner in designing and implementation of Integris Data Classification Responsible for health of non-prod and production system Design and implement Integris Data Classification. Create clear documentation of processes and workflows, iterating as the product evolves, and communicate new ideas, changes and strategies both internally and externally Leverage Integris data classification to identify and follow up on new business opportunities. Collaborates with development team, other Information Technology (IT) teams developer leads. Initiates process improvements for new and existing systems. Coaches, and mentors other team members. Performs cross-training and facilitates information sharing among team members. Compelling Story & Candidate Value Proposition This CW will be focused on working on a brand new project for the team The team is purchasing a new tool, Integris, which will be used for data classification Cross-functional team involvement, must work with the platform team to get the environment provision, work with the cloud team to get the concept review, work with the functional team to work through implementation Will be working with two other systems to try and integrate Candidate Requirements Requires 7+ years experience in the IT industry Requires 5+ years of SQL, PL/SQL and ETL experience Minimum 2-years of experience with Integris, or 5-years of experience with other leading enterprise data classification tool. Strong skills in SQL, at least two relational database systems, and exposure/ experience from working in Hadoop/Spark. Proven experience with one or more aspects of data management, such as Data Integration, ETL, BI, Reporting, ESB, Data Warehousing, Data Lakes, Enterprise Integration, Data Migration. A mastery in design and delivery of multiple aspects of data management such as data classification, data discovery, data lineage and reporting, metadata management, reference and master data management.
