Description:

I have a new technical lead opening.I appreciate you reviewing the below requirements and only sending candidates who meet all of the below criteria. This is a lead role that is not very hands-on so communication is especially important.

Requirements:

· Experience leading onshore teams of 2+ developers (.NET or Java)

· 3+ years experience designing/developing applications in either .NET or Java

· Experience in application design, has written Tech Specs, navigate through architectural approvals/design docs

· Excellent communication required

· Financial experience preferred

· Midwest candidates preferred
