Java ASE - UI Developer, 6+ mos

Project Overview:

Proactive Outreach Manager: Centene is in the process of developing a new interface for their Proactive Outreach Manager (POM) product. The development is in its beginning stages and the interface will be initially developed for corporate use with expansion to field business partners. The goal is to enable reporting functionalities while limiting mistakes that can be frequently and easily made.



Project Objectives



Help create a more user friendly UI
Improve infrastructure of auto-dialer application
Assist with first phase of POM development
Develop functionality to record announcements, upload contacts, create campaigns and campaign strategies and change certain attributes

POM Team will be responsible for the following:

Assist with development of an integration layer with the POM sub system
Help develop proxy layer for UI development
Provide development within a Microservices environment
Leverage development tools and languages including Spring/Boot, Java, JavaScript, hibernate, HTML 5 and Bootstrap
Develop browser UIs for Chrome and Internet Explorer in a Citrix or Laptop environment
Support ETL activities using Teradata, Oracle, Python and Flask

Responsibilities:
• Create database design for the project in normalized form and create entities as required
• Assist with development of an integration layer with the POM sub system.
• Implementation of the modules using java and Rest Web Services.
• Perform testing of the implemented modules using jUnit.
• Developed UI using HTML, Angular and Bootstrap frameworks.
• Leverage Docker and Kubernetes to dynamically build images, deploy and scale the applications
