Actively engage with business and technical stakeholders - Structure problem domain and drive/define data, process, functional, and architectural requirements. - Be ultimately accountable for the full lifecycle of the solution. - Identify potential solution options, defining selection criteria; establishing prototypes; and driving requirements ensuring alignment with delivery of business value; solution architecture; solution design. - Drive implementation of new/enhanced solution. Ensure that the architecture satisfies defined performance, security, and availability parameters. - Provide in-depth technical and business knowledge to ensure efficient design, programming and implementation. - A sound understanding of the key business activities/domain. An ability to think about business processes outside of the technology context. - Experience in agile or hybrid SDLC. Good understanding of the IT Solution Delivery process - Has a general understanding of the business forces operating on the enterprise / business areas affected by the project, as well as its products, services, finances, and strategies - Implementation and delivery of new and/or enhanced business value adding technologies and/or IT solutions - Delivery of expected business value, within budget, time and quality - Continuous stakeholder alignment and satisfaction. - 2-4 years of experience in working in the Pharmaceutical Industry preferably in the Drug Development function. - Strong knowledge in at least one Business Domains and Technology - Intermediate business analyst and technology skills - Capable of leading an IT team of >=4 indirect reports - Agile or hybrid SDLC experience - Exhibits awareness of larger architectural and business drivers and adapts solutions accordingly while identifying change opportunities in the architectural and business drivers TECHNICAL APTITUDE: - Java - PL/SQL - XML - RESTful Webservices - Clinical Data Architect - Canonical Data Modelling - Requirements Gathering and Technical Design - Integrations and Interfacing - SOA (Service Oriented Architecture) - ESB (Enterprise Service Bus) Architecture; - MDM (Master Data Management)   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
