Prepare scripts to create and modify existing Oracle tables, create indexes, constraints, triggers, views, etc., code stored procedures and packages, convert, and migrate data when necessary. Diagnose and troubleshoot various rules, calculations, and data issues on application reports using Crystal Reports. Mentor and assist other programmers, both state and consultant, providing guidance for debugging, troubleshooting, securing, and deploying applications, data access, data communications and system architecture configurations. Use a source code repository TFS for checking in and checking out source code branching off new versions of the source code. Work within the IT Service Management System to take in incidents and service requests for the application, as well as request services from other ITS groups. Code applications that access Protected Health Information. Diagnose and debug production issues reported via ITSM. Escalate critical calls as necessary and join bridge calls to assist in diagnosis. Report status of current tasks and outstanding issues to supervisor. Mandatory Qualifications: Creates computer software. May specialize in one area of computer software or may write code for many kinds of software 84+ Months: Candidate is able to provide guidance to large teams and/or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field. Preferred Qualifications: 108 months experience using Microsoft Visual Studio to develop/maintain complex n-tier web browser-based applications in C# for n-tier web deployment. 108 months experience with Oracle 11G or higher and writing SQL and PL/SQL queries, updates, stored procedures, functions and cursors, and Oracle SQL query optimization. 108 months experience in developing and maintaining web applications that utilize modern client-side technologies such as HTML5, AJAX, JavaScript, JQuery, Bootstrap and Cascading Style Sheets. 36 months experience in developing applications that utilize .Net Core MVC and Angular frameworks. 24 months experience in developing web-based application user interface with responsive web design (RWD) that follow Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 84 months experience with Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) application integration including development of secure .Net web-services using Windows Communication Foundation (WCF), SOAP/Restful APIs, message, and queue processing, and/or an Enterprise Service Bus. 60 months experience using Team Foundation Server (TFS) for source code management 36 months experience coding and maintaining applications which contain Health Care data that fall under HIPAA Protected Health Information (PHI).   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
