We have a contract assignment for an experienced IT System Test Engineer Senior who has 5+ years of experience in building testing frameworks . In this role, contractor will be responsible for defining test automation strategies along with designing/coding and implementing test automation frameworks and utilities. Candidate will also contribute in product architecture, designs discussions, and work closely with the Quality Assurance Analysts and Developers to deliver a high-quality product. Duties & Responsibilities: Develop Test Strategy and define Test Plan for large scale, complex testing efforts. Collaborate and communicate with project stakeholders (Solutions Architects, Project Managers and Service Managers) to address risks by using data, experience and logical methods. Design and construct complex software systems (e.g. test automation fixtures, responders) that assist testers with testing activities. Provide guidance for testing systems or system components utilizing manual, black box and white box testing methods. Assist others in constructing, maintaining, and supporting test harnesses, test data generators and analysis tools. Required Skills: C#, JavaScript Preferred Skills: Angular, Typescript, Working knowledge of Protractor, Postman, MS Test, WebDriver Experienced using GitHub Education and/or Experience Required: Bachelors Degree in an Information Technology discipline or related field of study (e.g., Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS) and a minimum four years of related work experience designing, programming, testing and supporting software programs and applications. In lieu of a degree, a minimum of six years related work experience designing, programming, testing and supporting software programs or applications may be accepted.
