Description: • Designs, configures, diagnoses, repairs, upgrades, and optimizes technical solutions inselected discipline(s) at a master technical level. • Provides on-going technical guidance to management and staff involved in the planning, implementation, and administration of both Enterprise and other technical environments, systems, or platforms. • Troubleshoots and diagnoses problems related to architecting technical platforms for new/enhanced systems/environments. • Provides assistance to other IT staff in researching and answering advanced technical questions. •Acts as the final technical authority on assigned projects. • Acts as mentor and resource to other employees at all levels. • Provides input to upper level management on the implementation of Enterprise standards and guidelines. • Participates with peers in other organizations in the use and Implementation of community-based software solutions. • Other tasks as assigned. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES • master level knowledge of the principles, theories, and practices of computer science as well as knowledge of emerging technologies • understand the best practice methodologies and current industry tools and utilities, and how and when to employ them • look beyond immediate problems to implement and integrate successful solutions to meet Enterprise requirements. • integrate multiple system management processes/systems, as required • methods and techniques of systems analysis, design and development • advise on emerging technologies, system management process and systems, programming languages, and operating systems depending on core discipline • information management, databases, file structures, and data representation • provide technical guidance to management and staff at all levels • communicate effectively both orally and in writing, taking into account the audience and nature of the information • deal with people in a manner which shows sensitivity, tact, and professionalism • plan work, think conceptually, observe and evaluate trends, analyze data, draw conclusions and make sound decisions • effectively plan, organize, monitor activity, and work in a team environment • display high standards of ethical conduct in exhibiting honesty, integrity and dedication • display a high level of initiative, effort and commitment towards completing assignments efficiently   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
