They will also be responsible for issue resolution and troubleshooting during a release cycle Acts as the ServiceNow Business Asset, CMDB, Discovery, Dependency and Topology mapping (BSM) and Product Catalog technical subject matter expert Configuration/Customization of the ServiceNow system including normalization and reconciliation workflows in the IBM Platform Uses scripting tools and Service Now functionality, create script to automate routine tasks being done in Service Now Development of ServiceNow applications, including modification to existing ITSM modules BMC ADDM and ServiceNow Discovery experience and integration into ServiceNow ITSM Suite. Capability to learn Illumio product or other relevant technologies Work with process owners, business analyst to develop and implement solution design Report Setup/Custom Reporting Perform data imports and custom scripting 3rd Party software integrations Access and Information Security for CMDB and Asset tooling Facilitating roll out of new applications and modules Assist the ITSM Manager with development and implementation of best practices and procedures ServiceNow System Administration Certification beneficial Scripting in ServiceNow Strong working knowledge of various ServiceNow components such as Product Catalog, Change Management, Asset Management, CMDB and Discovery, Good analytical and problem solving skills to resolve technological problems ServiceNow development and configuration 3 plus years of experience using JavaScript, XML, HTML, etc. Experience integrating with web services (publishing or consuming) ITIL v3 Foundations Certified is preferred Project management or development lifecycle skills beneficial   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
