Technologies for Network Security Engineer: Extensive knowledge and work experience within Networking and Security administration, engineering, and protocols. Hands on experience with StealthWatch or Lancope and Netflow analysis. Experience with Cisco and Palo Alto, Splunk, IDS, Firewalls, Sourcefire, Web Application Firewalls, and DLP. Working knowledge with SIEM tools, Cisco IOS, ESA, WSA, MS Server. Able to identify solutions for potential network issues to strengthen security. Experience with Python or Java scripting is a plus.
