The developer would be responsible for making feature changes end to end across the tech stack. They would also be responsible coding a change, testing it locally, then deploying their changes to a testing environment and then to a production environment. The developer would work directly with stake holders to advise on the complexity of a requested change based on the current state of the application. In addition this role will help be a member of a newly formed team in Talent & Learning Solutions that is charged with crafting and implementing new strategies to drive technology enabled learning solutions and the use of media to develop and deliver training that meets business needs and enhances associate capability. This team is responsible for identifying and then deploying technologies that consistently improve Learning quality. This role translates and incorporates business vision and strategy into technical and multimedia strategy Education and Experience • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience • 2+ years developing in an Enterprise Technology environment • 1+ years developing/analyzing in a web or services based environment • Hands-on experience and a passion for working within an agile (scrum, XP, Kanban, etc.) development environment • Ability to work on project with limited support from team members • AngularJS • JavaScript • Java • Oracle • Release management • File management using a Linux command line • Knowledge of cloud computing a plus Skills and Knowledge • Aptitude and desire to ramp up quickly on new technologies and skills • Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve problems and formulate recommendations • Ability to work well within a team of non-developers and collaborate with others   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
