Programming, reporting, data analysis, identifies trends and use statistics ensuring the processes meet business and customer needs. Promotes understanding of the processes required for fulfillment of customer satisfaction and contractual commitments. Uses improvement methodologies and solutions to support business performance. Responsibilities Responsible for designing, developing software and implementing innovative solutions for quality and customer experience programs that help lead and drive continuous improvement of products or solutions for a customer segment or business unit within the Enterprise Group. Collects, consolidates, and charts data from testing and process results for assigned portions of product and solution areas to identify trends and issues; perform root-cause analysis. Leverages text mining techniques to efficiently validate and classify issues and opportunities to drive quality improvements. Develops strong understanding of internal and external quality standards and implements specified changes to quality processes to reduce defects and improve quality. Minimum requirements: Proficiency with VB .NET (or C#) and JavaScript Proficiency with T-SQL and working in Microsoft SQL Management Studio Strong knowledge of object-oriented development concepts Strong, abstract critical thinking ability Experience working in Agile/SCRUM environments Experience developing web applications Tableau, SSRS and Qlikview experience a plus Good initiative and ability to work in a team environment 5+ years of professional experience in software development Desired requirements: Experience working with Team Foundation Server Proficiency in database normalization and modeling Proficiency in AJAX, FLEX, or other front-end web technologies Knowledge of text mining solution such as Autonomy or Poly Analyst.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
