Description: Serves as IT project manager for assigned projects. For non-IT driven projects, role will serve as project manager for IT assigned deliverables. • Manages assigned IT projects and coordinates with all stakeholders from inception to completion to achieve the desired outcome. • Works with project team to identify and document project scope/charter, budget (where applicable), resources, project schedules including milestones and risks, and project deliverables. • Establishes meeting cadence for each project to ensure projects remain on budget and on schedule. • Maintains project team accountability through tracking budget, milestones, risk mitigation actions, issues, and task assignments. Escalates issues timely to applicable stakeholder(s). • Collaborates with others to establish project meeting agendas and produces project team meeting notes including providing project status updates and reports to stakeholders. • Closes out each project in a timely and orderly manner, with documentation of lessons learned and finalizing of essential project documentation. • Maintains accurate master IT project list. • Produces required IT project related presentation and supplemental materials for meetings including steering committee and strategic planning meetings. • Work with IT Management and Project Management Office to develop, document, and codify the project planning, implementation, and management methodology for adoption by Client.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
