Description: Duties & Responsibilities Resolve support issues via config or scripting as needed within ServiceNow Build requested items and tasks using workflows to manage processes Support the patching and upgrade process Monitor health, usage and overall compliance of ServiceNow Assist with and collaborate regarding application, patch and platform upgrades Have hands on experience with any of the following or other ServiceNOW development tools background in order to code and support client and server-side scripting Java Script AJAX PL/SQL logic (GlideRecord in ServiceNow) Angular JS Jelly Scripting JQuery Any CSS frame work like Bootstrap Support catalog item scripting and modifications Consult with our admin staff regarding scheduling clones to sub-production instances as appropriate Configure and revise core applications as requested to achieve desired results Facilitate and support the rollout of new applications and enhancements in ServiceNow Create ServiceNow reports and dashboards as requested Advise on development and overall ServiceNow best practices Meet with other 3rd parties that are developing solutions for the ServiceNow Platform in order to review our standards and SOP processes are adhered to Perform on-going knowledge transfer and assist the client in developing its own ServiceNow support capabilities Perform and participate in Development / Code reviews Have technical writing ability to update and maintain current SOP documents Support QA testing regarding defect tracking (in Client Quality Center) and resolution Update documentation related to ServiceNow configuration, catalogue items and workflows Support Go-Live activities as needed Attend CRB meeting regarding Change Board approval, on an as-needed basis Status reporting Qualifications Experience/Education   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
