Duties include project scope definition, project risk assessment, project plan development, estimation and target date planning, project monitoring, control and adjustment, stakeholder communication, issue resolution, coordination with internal and external teams, quality assurance, and project implementation. Candidates have full technical knowledge of all phases of applications development and the development technologies utilized. Candidates coordinate production support activities, with focus on timely and accurate resolution of issues. Candidates work cooperatively with other team leaders to coordinate the work of the team. Candidates have strong organization, planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Experience must be current within the last year. Candidates have strong written and verbal communication skills. Candidates must have at least 5 years software development experience, including broad exposure to the software development lifecycle. Candidates must have at least 3 years experience with logical design for large, complex relational application databases. Experience must be current within the last year. A Bachelors degree in IT related field of study is preferred. Candidates must be able to work on site in Lincoln, Nebraska.
