Job Description Engineer: JAVA SCRIPT, .Net, AngularJS, Node.Js Framework

Description:

Senior Software Engineer, represents a unique hands-on opportunity to work on migrating on premise legacy applications to modern cloud doing both lift-n-shift AND refactoring to modernize our applications to Microsoft Azure. We use some of the latest and greatest technologies in a fast paced environment focused on delivering customer value. Our team fosters collaboration, passion for learning and ownership.


This team will be driving to modernize applications in order to help our company deliver on the Corporate 2020 Transformation effort for Digital Platform. We are paving the way for others by leveraging new technology and delivering in the Azure and AWS clouds. Our cloud designs will be considered patterns for other teams to roll future cloud migrations. Responsibilities: - Migrate applications from on-premise to the Azure or AWS cloud - Transform longstanding development practices and technology to modern methodologies and tools - Develop custom solutions using agile practices - Research, learn, and conduct POC on new automation and development practices - Work as a technical member and developer on the engineering team - Work closely with business and engineering team members to implement test first frameworks

Bachelors in Computer Science or equivalent, with 3+ years software engineering experience

- Proficient front end coding skills in JavaScript, with one or more frameworks: React, AngularJS, NodeJS, or similar

-Proficient coding skills in one or more core application languages including: Java, C#, Python, .NET
