We have built our success through timely bets on emerging technology, rapid execution and skills development. As a Tech Lead , you will contribute to generating high quality front-end code / services while creating a more efficient and sustainable workflow. You will also inherit/define reusable patterns to build out front-end architecture more efficiently using popular JavaScript Frameworks like Angular, React, etc. You will be part of high performing Agile team that consists of UI dev teams, enterprise architecture teams and customer facing teams (like PMs, Business, QA, etc.). You will be hands-on by creating technical designs, Tech lead activities, promote and champion best technical practices with the engineering teams and focus on both tactical and strategic digital product development. Your future duties and responsibilities • Designing and building Client side applications. • Designing/building PWA (progressive web app) applications. • Javascript/Typescript, HTML5, CSS. • Building Service Workers. • Work with browser storage, IndexedDB, local storage, Cache API…etc • Work with SPA frameworks (Angular preferred). • Building responsive web apps. • Working with complex HTML animations. • Functions as a Tech lead for the projects from early concept and throughout the design development process. • Oversees preparation of designs specific to the instructions outlined in the requirement documents. • Enacts changes in plans and design under close consultation with a client, Developers and Other stake holder. • Ship high-quality Web Applications (online / offline web application). • User Interface and Visual Design. • Collaborate with non-technical folks (PMs, Sales, Design, QA) as easily as you do with engineers. Required qualifications to be successful in this role • Experience designing and building Client side applications. • Experience designing/building PWA (progressive web app) applications. • Expertise in Javascript/Typescript, HTML5, CSS. • Expertise building Service Workers. • Expertise with browser storage, IndexedDB, local storage, Cache API…etc • Experience with SPA frameworks (Angular preferred). • Experience building responsive web apps. • Experience working with complex HTML animations. • Functions as the Tech lead for the projects from early concept and throughout the design development process. • Youre a kind, pragmatic communicator with good knowledge of Agile and Scrum Environment • You are a stellar team player who can own a project (or more!) and have worked on large-scale JavaScript applications. • You are familiar with the technology landscape, have demonstrated social and professional technology engagements. • You clearly understand Test Driven Development and can mentor other engineers on when code needs to be wrapped with unit, integration, and system tests.
