And providing critical configuration and technical help to support migration to Redwood of implemented modules and support new module implementation when and where needed Specific tasks : Report enhancements to add subject area reports and make the existing reports available in report or dashboard format using RFT, OTBI, and BI tools and implementing Data Fusion analytics Creating new journeys- specifically contextualized and guided to support and enhance transactional processes Provide technical expertise to production enhancement activities related to Talent areas such as performance evaluations, touch points, goals and talent review and succession planning set up Work with IT and functional teams to facilitate conversion from Responsive UI to Redwood for existing functionality and enhancements possible via this conversion. Including HCM, Talent Management, Compensation, Health and Safety, Help Desk/Knowledge Center, Case Management, Succession Planning Assist with complex user issue resolution Work with functional and technical teams to address functional changes in system modules including ORC, Comp, HCM, Health and Safety, Case Management/help desk, Profiles, Learning etc. Support, build and set up HDL and interfaces activities.
