Monitor system stability and performance metrics to prevent service degradation or interruption Serve as the primary point of contact for all program-related issues and resolution of issues. Participate in day-to-day interactions with client management and interface with senior management. Identify opportunities for and implement service improvements across all functional areas (e.g. training, knowledge management, documentation, service desk processes) Maintain expert knowledge on the ServiceNow platform, technical services and utilities Manage ServiceNow version updates and new releases which includes testing, documentation, analysis of new functionality and implementation of the release across TEST and PROD regions. Provide mentoring and training to peers within IT Requirements: Experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules e.g., Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Workflow, Report Generation, Performance Analytics and Integrations. Experience with enterprise architecture domains Experience with full lifecycle ServiceNow implementations. Extensive experience guiding the Development team on complex development projects Have excellent organizational skills, proven analytical, planning, problem solving, and decision-making skills. Experience configuring and implementing ServiceNow solutions, leveraging all appropriate components offered by ServiceNow to meet specific business needs or custom scripting solutions.
