The NC HIEA team has procured Salesforce for the tracking of Medicaid & State Health Plan Customers. We are requesting a skilled implementation analyst/developer to service, implement, create processes/procedures, train and interface the salesforce tool to JIRA (a project management tool) utilized by our business partner SAS. As well as assist the NC HIEA to incorporate Salesforce into the workflow of managing contracts. A tech specialist is needed for this project because a combination of consulting, communication, and development are required Salesforce Implementation Tech Specialist position will be responsible for the overall, design, implementation and support of solutions in the Salesforce.com environment for the NC HIEA. This requires the ability to develop and support applications using Service Cloud, Sales Cloud. The Salesforce Implementation Tech Specialist develops, configures, and interfaces the Salesforce tool to the business needs of the NC HIEA. This includes the management of customers, contracts and other clients. The will also be responsible for automating certain processes and interfacing this automation to JIRA, a project management tool which our business partners already use.
