They will support integrations between HPE ALM, Rally, Jira, and ServiceNow. The Tool Administrator should be self-driven and have the ability to work across various technology teams to enable the successful use and integration of the supported tools. The ideal candidate should have experience with QA and Agile practices. Responsibilities Perform user setups and monitor license utilization for HP ALM and Tasktop Sustain current implementation of HPE ALM, setup projects, custom fields, workflows, etc. Manage the integrations between HPE ALM, Rally, Jira, and ServiceNow via Tasktop Ability to configure/maintain APIs Qualifications Experience: Experience administering Enterprise instance of HPE ALM Experience working in an Agile environment and/or on an Agile development team using an Agile tool such as Rally, JIRA Experience as a QA Engineer/Tester a must Experience building configuring APIs Strong knowledge of automated testing tools such as (HP UFT / QTP) Experience with various deployment configurations On-premise servers, Virtualized Servers, Cloud Servers Soft Skills: Proven ability to build lasting relationships and to support stakeholders across and entire organization Experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced, team environment Process oriented mindset used to assess broader impacts and continually improve approach to solutions Demonstrated ability to lead technical discussions amongst a variety of technologists Ability to quickly grasp technical concepts and rapidly develop the appropriate solution Strong interpersonal skills; able to establish and maintain a close working relationship with business partner and leaders of varying levels Confident communicator; able to argue a point concisely and deal positively with conflicting views Enthusiasm for learning & results oriented Excellent written and verbal skills a must   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
