Provide feedback to leadership team on the teams progress and escalation of impediments that are delaying team progress in adoption/adaptation to Agile JIRA Operationalization: vi. Administration/Operations – 1. assess our capability in the areas below, recommend areas of improvement, develop a support plan, and conduct training a. Design and develop workflows; build custom applications; develop mechanisms to automate manual processes. b. Create custom workflows, post functions, and validators, make changes to workflows, screens, fields, and reporting, and provide ongoing support and configuration maintenance. c. Develop effective dashboards and reporting to support leadership and delivery teams. d. Create JIRA projects, queries, and reports. e. Provide JIRA subject matter expertise in discussions regarding governance within JIRA. f. Proactive subject matter expert spearheading improvements in business use, workflow configuration and management reporting. g. Configure, manage, and enhance Jira, including native functionality as well as researching, testing, and implementing plugins. h. Understand system architecture of upstream and downstream impacts when implementing solutions. i. Evaluate and manage the usage of Atlassian add-ons to meet team and business needs. j. Create and maintain technical and/or user-guides for training. k. Develop training materials that can be utilized for employees and new hires on JIRA and also briefing the team/s on new functionalities. vii. Agile Teams Training on JIRA 1. JIRA will be utilized for Product (backlogs, user stories), Development (project management and defect tracking), Testing (test case authoring/management) viii. JIRA Report Templates 1.
