Should be able to Suggest & implement improvements - Experience in PeopleSoft & Infor HR/PY/Time applications is an added advantage General experience: - Experience with large-scale technology engagements associated with championing various latest and greatest technologies in the market - Experience building solutions for very large multinational organizations - It is essential that architect has sound background of J2EE architecture - Background in Lean Six Sigma techniques - Extensive experience with ERP platforms (Oracle, SAP, Infor etc.) - Act as a change agent - Working experience with Agile methodologies and related standards.
