Demonstrate a high level of accuracy and attention to detail 5-7 years experience in an IT application support role Strong communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills Prior administration experience with Atlassian products such as JIRA, Confluence and Bitbucket preferred Prior Azure administration preferred Prior administration of event management tool PRTG or Tango preferred Familiarity/ nice to have to understand management tools with even management tools such as Nagios, New Relic, App Dynamics or Splunk Familiarity with ServiceNow Familiarity with Windows 10 and Office 365, theyve USED it, not supported it Support is primarily ticket based however should plan to receive walk ups and phone calls Strong desire to learn new technologies Excellent written and verbal communication skills In depth knowledge of WAN, LAN, OSI methodology Proven ability to follow change management process Familiarity with data integrations including CSV, JSON, RSS or XML formats Previous experience in disaster recovery exercise or restorations preferred   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
