This will be a fully remote opportunity. Tasks/Duties Setup of Oracle Pricing and Advanced Pricing activities including but not limited to: Sales Agreement setups, Price List setups, Modifier setups. Customer setups specifically to Pricing and master data. Solving difficult pricing modification situations where pricing calculations need to follow a specific flow down to achieve the correct pricing for the customer without conflicting with the pricing of any other customer. Testing of pricing for new customers to ensure proper pricing and invoicing is achieved. Regression price testing to ensure pricing for other customers remains correct Launching customers in Oracle and supporting post launch Pricing questions and issues. Ticket generation and assignment to IT groups. Ticket resolution for business process issues and order pricing issues. Create a checklist ticket in JIRA for each upcoming new customer Understand timing & prioritization of customer go-live activities Research customer and how new activity relates to any current activity. Understand & document required functionality on JIRA ticket, & pursue setups for successful testing. This position will interact with the following teams: Pricing, TCA/CDH, Risk, Order Management/Customer Service, EDI, and/or Finance depending on individual customer requirements. Consider any interaction of new setups with Parts, Direct-to-Consumer, etc. Qualifications/Skills Needed Oracle EBS business functional expertise specifically in Oracle Pricing and Oracle Advanced Pricing. Expertise in EBS PIM, CDH, and Finance modules is a plus. Willingness to cover Eastern time zone business hours Goal-oriented, assertive self-starter who can work independently and track down answers Detail-oriented Able to grasp new concepts quickly Experienced in Advanced Pricing, Customer Master Skilled in project management Flexible, able to change priorities quickly per business needs Productive team player who can meet deadlines in high-pressure, high-visibility environment Skilled in: Microsoft Teams, Excel, Access, Outlook; Smartsheet, Atlassian JIRA, and legacy CICS if possible Ability to work occasional evening/weekend hours if needed Comfortable interacting with varying levels of management   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
