This particular role is a new position being funded by the Product team and will work closely with product managers. This person will be heavily involved in planning for operations and support. Work with business partners to prevent post-implementation operational issues. The groups PDMs are great at managing their products but dont always think about what happens after they are implemented. This person will review and evaluate the implementation of a new account open Microservices technology. Goal is to define a framework to prevent issues before they occur and have other business partners eventually adopt this framework. Background of candidate previously in Role: - Banking background - Business Analsyt with previous experience working with Digital Teams and Product Managers This team functions as subject matter experts for Critical Experience Incident/Issue management across Digital Accounts, Sales, and Payments. They are responsible for Incident/Issue management from discovery to resolution. This role includes resource management, prioritization, issue diagnosis, root cause analysis, preventative measures, communication, metrics/reporting, and most importantly customer remediation/reconciliation. This candidate will be responsible for Operations Preparedness of a major business program related to online acquisition and account open. This includes: Defining operations KPIs and metrics to validate Consult on and Validate Operations Preparedness activities – logging and monitoring Document operations agreements Facilitate the Transition to Tactical support The candidate will be contribute to: Incident/issue Management – Production Support Proactive support planning for Production issue management/remediation Process Improvement Business Process Incident Monitoring Communicating and Collaborating with all levels of business and technology partners Defect management The candidate we are seeking will have more than 5 years of experience in Production Support.
