Provides consistent and comprehensive status reports, project updates, and ongoing cost analyses, significant issue management and resolution, communication with business lines and risk management. May act as an internal consultant within technology and business groups to re-engineer technical processes for greater efficiency. Typically reports to an Operational Risk lead. 5+ years of Web Development, SharePoint, MS Project, Jira, Confluence, and Tableau experience. MSOffice – solid proficiency with attention to detail experience. Coordinate, from a risk perspective, a large Confluence based reporting and tracking mechanism with focus on Enterprise Engineering Services (ECS, EDM, and Connectivity) risk reporting. Position requires engagement in the coordination of meetings, providing execution risk guidance to Technology Line of Business to understand and respond to the questions and interface with the other teams including CIM, WFAS, SLOD etc. as necessary to clarify the issues and provide instruction.
