The ideal candidate will not expect to have work pushed to them but will actively monitor for issues that are important to resolve for Brokerage Operations Business Partners and will take the initiative to get involved with resolving. Experience with tidal is a strong nice to have. Familiarity with Remedy to monitor progress and tie into other tools. Experience with Jira would be great as well. Ability to effectively utilize Slack to keep in touch with and be responsive to the team, communicate to our Business Partners, and as a tool to understand and be aware of Tech issues that are happening. Soft Skills: Good communication skills. We want someone who is ready and willing to work those 40 hours per week, is reliable, will be on-time Typical Day in the Role- - They would first get up to speed on issues from previous shift. Monitoring Remedy Incident Queue and working issues from that queue Monitoring the Outlook Team In-box and responding to requests and issues that arrive at that location. Communicating to the business on incidents that are deemed more impactful. Following up on previous incidents to identify root causes and ensuring problem investigations are completed when applicable. At end of the shift to ensure that turn over for next worker on shift is smooth This is an overnight position Hours: 10:00pm - 6:30am Summary: As a Non-Employee Contractual Worker Role or Temporary Worker, the Analyst will be at the front line for issue identification, troubleshooting, and remediation of any system issues impacting Brokerage Operations. The Analyst must be able to understand upstream and downstream organizational impacts as a result of system issues and communicate action plans to multiple levels of management. The client strives to reduce incident impact and duration and work with Technology and Brokerage Operations business partners to work towards that objective while serving as an advocate for Brokerage Operations Teams at all times. Responsibilities: Must demonstrate a sense of urgency and commitment to provide the highest level of client service possible. Must demonstrate solid decision making and problem solving skills. Ability to perform multiple tasks and efficiently organize work, based on business conditions. Ability to operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment Requirements. Two years of experience working in a service oriented role is a plus but not required. Must possess the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients, Associates, and management through verbal and written correspondence. Ability to quickly assimilate and understand the systems and applications utilized throughout the company.
