The Product Specialist will be expected to lead, participate in, or complete the following: • Deliver software releases into high environments through validation and operational gating to internal and external customers. • Review the current release process and propose changes to achieve a more efficient release management lifecycle. • Scale releases through automation and evolve systems by pushing for changes that improve reliability and velocity. • Define and manage deployment readiness and the success criteria of each deployment/release. • Communicate the deployment/release schedule, release artifacts, priorities, and status to all stakeholders. • Coordinate releases with internal stakeholders. • Champion best practices and quality standards. • Participate in functional and technical meetings throughout the development lifecycle. • Work with Product Management and Support to ensure timely and effective client communication about upcoming deployments and upgrades. • Analyze release activities and provide feedback to Operations and Software Development teams on gaps and resiliency concerns. Years of Relevant Experience: 9 plus years Preferred Education: 4-year college degree or equivalent technical study All roles specified in PS4 plus the following: • Responsible for functioning as the Technical SME on an enterprise-wide system.
