As the standards bearer for how the bank interacts with all online customers, the group is responsible for several forward-thinking initiatives for multiple online products, both internal and externally-facing. The Business Analyst will be responsible for partnering with designated application teams to analyze existing applications, develop Agile User Stories and Epics, and to support our Agile squads during Sprint execution and Backlog grooming activities. Resource will be accountable for ensuring User Stories align with the broader Program requirements and execution needs and may be asked to support other analysis efforts across the team. Required Skills and Experience: Demonstrated success in develop User Stories and Epics for Agile development. Demonstrated analytical, critical thinking, and business analysis skills including the ability to explain key concepts. Experience with managing User Stories in JIRA. Bachelors degree or equivalent with a minimum of 5 years of banking or financial services experience. Proven success in developing strong business relationships with other product partners and related teams, interacting with mid to senior management. Strong communication (both written and verbal), interpersonal and team facilitation skills. Desired skills and Experience: Experience with ADA compliance and development of requirements for accessibility driven initiatives. Experience success driving and supporting program strategies and risk priorities in a very fluid and dynamic fast paced environment.
