Job Description : The Wholesale Technology Services (WTS) Front-End Development (FED) team is actively seeking a motivated, organized Project Coordinator to coordinate various Front-End Development projects. For each of these projects, the Project Coordinator/Junior Scrum Master will work closely with business teams (product managers, business analysts, etc.) and technology teams (QA, development, etc.) as well as senior level managers. Will also be expected to take on various administrative tasks as well as Scrum Master duties, so must be comfortable with a wide range of responsibilities. The ideal candidate will possess: At least 3 years of project coordination experience, ideally within a technical team in an Agile environment Ability to navigate a complex, highly matrixed organization Excellent documentation skills; experience using JIRA and Confluence (or similar tools) preferred Understanding of the SDLC and experience working with both business and technology teams Experience with MS office suite Excellent organizational skills Ability to be firm but diplomatic when keeping various team members and business partners on track Comfortable working with little guidance/supervision Example responsibilities: Coordinate, facilitate and mange tasks and meetings related to FED projects Submit Change Requests and follow up with appropriate parties Actively interface with business and technology partners Manage project requirements, issues, risks, and provide monitoring, controlling, tracking and reporting to various levels of leadership Facilitate recruiting efforts, schedule interviews and assist with onboarding for new hires Preferred skills: Experience with JIRA and/or Confluence   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
