Partner with business and technology stakeholders to translate business requirements into technology solutions Analytical and detail-oriented Ability to develop plans (macro / micro) for the rewritten UWORKS Excellent verbal and written communication skills Skills in meeting management, including handling disagreements and managing time Advanced problem-solving skills Participates in the design process and document design changes.
