Job Description : The nations 2nd largest Information Technology staffing organization, has an exciting opportunity to contribute to a strategic initiative to add IAM service offerings for Privileged Account Management (PAM) and Group Management (AuthZ). This individual will possess a deep understanding of Service Design & Service Transition. This is a 4 month engagement for our client in the Greater New Haven area. The project is a multi-year initiative with a prestigious institution possessing numerous other opportunities and the chance to engage with key stakeholders. Scope of work: Prepare and revise ITIL-conformant service and service offering documentation in accordance with the ITS Service Readiness guidebook. This will include Service Profile, Scope, Use Requirements, Delivery Measures, KPIs, KPMs, Knowledge Articles, Runbooks, SOPs, CSI roadmap, etc. Work closely with ITS ITSM group to ensure the PAM and AuthZ service offering introductions run smoothly. Drive the service transition for the new offerings ensuring that the offerings are clear and easy to use and manage. Create and refine onboarding and best practices guides, including clarifying both service level targets for our new offerings as well as managing customer expectations around value proposition and ease-of-implementation. Design, develop, and execute communication plan to ensure effective exchange of information among all service offering stakeholders. A good understanding of IT services and “business” value. Experience with developing and/or monitoring Service Level Agreements (targets).
